Dining

Every meal is prepared by Chef Anderson’s kitchen, a two-time Taste of Belize winner, working an ocean-to-table menu built around the day’s catch and local produce. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in between are all part of the rate, served on your villa deck, at the main dining pavilion, or wherever you’d rather eat that night. Menus are not fixed; if a dish sounds better than what’s listed, the kitchen will generally accommodate it, and dietary needs are handled ahead of arrival rather than improvised at the table.

The bar is stocked with the brands you’d order at home, not a house-pour substitute: Grey Goose, Belvedere, Johnnie Walker Black Label, and Macallan sit alongside a full wine and champagne list. Local Belizean rum is on hand too, but you are never limited to it. Premium pours, including wine and champagne, are part of the experience, and there is no upcharge for calling your brand, a detail that separates Magenta from most all-inclusive resorts in the region, where “top shelf” usually means a small surcharge menu on the side.
